Supporting young people at risk outside school hours
We are aware of the need to support young people who are 'at risk' outside of school time. Operating on both a referral and self-referral system, evening 'drop-in' sessions aim to engage and retain 'at risk' participants on a sustained, long-term basis.
Weekly creative sessions are held throughout the year in educational institutions grounding the experience in a school or college setting.
We are currently delivering at Hackney Free and Parochial on a Wednesday evening. If you would like more information about the sessions then please email Rob on .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
Our programme adopts a holistic approach achieving positive outcomes through intensive pastoral support, creative learning and working towards personal goals. Young people create produce and perform their own productions, developed from issues that are of direct relevance to their lives encouraging them to explore and question the society in which they live. Young people also have the opportunity to receive Arts Awards accreditation and other recorded outcomes while on the project.
