Bio

Melania came to the UK from Croatia in 1999 to explore different working practices after graduating as a Financial Manager. The arts have always been her passion and in 2004 she completed a BA (Hons) in Arts Management at London South Bank University. Her work in the arts has varied from Officer posts in small companies, including London Taking Shape, to positions as Arts Development Manager at Northampton Borough Council and Arts & Cultural Development Consultant for the Museum of Contemporary Art in Croatia and Croatia Ministry of Culture. She became General Manager at Immediate Theatre in 2008. Melania is fluent in several languages including Italian, Croatian, Serbian and English.
