Bio

Charmain started working with Immediate Theatre in 2001 as a volunteer. Her work experience includes youth work with the Essex Youth Offending Team and the Tower Hamlets Early Years Service. She became Project Coordinator for Meet the Parents in 2004. Her extensive experience of sex and relationship training has made this one of our most successful projects. Charmain has many strings to her bow and works across numerous projects for the company. She recently produced and directed Cocobutta: a Grime Musical as part of our Interactions project. In 2009 Charmain was nominated for UK Sexual Health Professional of the Year at the Brooke Annual Sexual Health Awards.
