Bio

Rob graduated from Leeds University in 2001 with a First Class Honours Degree in Dramaturgy and went to work for Dacorum Borough Council in Hertfordshire as Arts Education Officer. He then landed his first ‘big’ job in 2003 when he became Projects Manager at Immediate Theatre. After 4 fabulous years he had a break from the company to manage the BAFTA awarded ‘L8R’ Project at Hi8us South. Since returning to Immediate Theatre as Associate Director in 2008 he has taken a lead on developing the company’s Education Team. Rob is a skilled facilitator and passionate director who is able to engage with a wide range of people; from young people with challenging behaviour to teachers and youth workers. Rob has just graduated from the Common Purpose Emerging Leaders Programme.
