Immediate Theatre has been developing theatre with and for the community since 1996. During this time we have gone from strength to strength and inspired some of the most vulnerable and hard to reach groups in East London.

We continually challenge ourselves and others to provide accessible drama activities which stimulate debate.

We are now able to offer clear progression routes for young people interested in theatre so that they can, in turn, inspire their peers.

Since our humble beginnings we now reach over 6000 young people a year with our participatory and touring programmes. However, if we are able to continue this work we must constantly seek fresh funding streams and partnership opportunities.
