Immediate Theatre will present a short play as the final project of the summer theatre youth programme, ‘Breakout! 2010’ on Friday, 30th July at 4 pm at New Kingshold Community Hall, Ainsworth Road, E9.

We will be taking part in the first ever 5 Boroughs Youth Theatre Festival on Sunday March 28th at Stratford Circus in Newham, bringing together young people aged 11 – 19 from across the 5 Olympic boroughs.

Immediate Theatre was set up by Jo Carter in 1996 in response to Hackney’s Agenda 21 consultative process. Agenda 21 brought together the council and community to develop practical ways to tackle economic, social and environmental problems and achieve sustainable development.
