Tiger Class (Year 4) pupils from George Mitchell Primary School in Leyton have been working with us since November 2009 as part of a series of community workshops for the Big Blue Fence Project in Waltham Forest.
The Trees are Still Standing is a short film exploring the urban and rural landscapes of Waltham Forest seen through the eyes of young people - it follows the pupils on a visit to Epping Forest and features poetry written in response to their trip.
The film will be appearing on the BBC Big Screen in the heart of Walthamstow and we will be holding a special screening on Friday 8th January 2010 from 12.30 - 1.00pm. We hope you can join us!
